NOTICE OF INTENT TO REVISE BYLAWS:
The Chapel Creek NA Executive Board is required by the current bylaws in effect to provide notice to all association members of the intent to modify the bylaws document. The process outlined in the current bylaws is as follows:

ARTICLE XIII - AMENDMENTS
These bylaws may be amended by a two-thirds (2/3) affirmative vote of the membership present and properly submitted absentee ballots, provided that notice of such an amendment has been given to the membership at a previous regular meeting.  A full text of such an amendment shall be delivered to all members at least the (10) days prior to the date the amendment will be considered.

Current plans are to vote on the amendments proposed in the document below at the next General Meeting in April. The full amended text of the proposed new bylaws will always be the version provided here on the Chapel Creek NA website.
